It is unfortunate that we have not overcome this difficult problem and in some cases some people try to use human tragedies for political purposes, - this is how the Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia answered a question asked by journalists regarding the investigation into the death of Giorgi Shakarashvili.

According to the head of the government, the relevant investigative agencies have a direct obligation to the public to answer all of their questions.

"It is unfortunate that we have not overcome this difficult problem and in some cases some people try to use human tragedies for political purposes. In order to prevent this from happening, the relevant investigative agencies have a direct obligation to our society to answer any question, even unjustified questions, in the shortest possible time, and I am sure they will do so”, said the PM.
