Occupied "South Ossetia" accuses Georgian side of involving so-called their citizens in certain projects

The de facto government of the occupied "South Ossetia" accuses the Georgian government of trying to involve the citizens of the occupied region in its projects.
"Georgian citizen Uruzmag Karkusov, head of the organization "Global Economy", contacted a South Ossetian citizen, T. Gagloeva, a member of the People's Party, to lobby for Georgian plans to build a mini-power plant in South Ossetia, as well as a solid waste processing plant. The total cost of these projects is 120 million USD", - reports the so-called Foreign Affairs Ministry of occupied "South Ossetia".
According to them, Gagloeva received the corresponding documents from Tbilisi, which were signed as projects aimed at creating a precondition for the financial and economic independence of "South Ossetia".
According to the de facto authorities, the main potential sponsor of the project is Cartu Bank , which belongs to Bidzina Ivanishvili, as well as the Rakli Fund, of which the well-known Georgian Co-Investment Fund is a part.
As the de facto ministry notes, it's obvious that the Georgian special services are behind the initiative. The de facto authorities state that it has no relations with Georgia at the moment, "whose leadership does not take responsibility for its army's attack on South Ossetia in 2008."
