Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić commened on a road accident on the Shatili road.

"I am shocked and saddened to hear about yesterday’s minibus crash in Georgia. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families. I extend my sincere condolences to the people and government of Georgia", - stated Burić.

For the record, in Dusheti Municipality, a minibus fell from a height of 80 meters on Shatili road as a result of which 17 people have died and 3 have been seriously injured.
