Three members of the family of the 19th patient who died of the new cornovirus - basketball player Viktor Sanikidze's brother, father and aunt - have been taken to the hospital, while Viktor Sanikidze himself has been quarantined. The basketball player tested negative for the virus.

The 19th patient who died of coronavirus was the mother of Viktor Sanikidze. The patient was getting treatment at home and from also infected individual. As the medical director of the Tbilisi Central Infectious Diseases Hospital, Marina Ezugbaia, told reporters, the deceased patient had a pelvic-femoral fracture.
