Anatoly Bibilov proposes to the so-called parliament to establish a temporary commission of investigation into Inal Jabiev's death

The de facto president of occupied Tskhinvali region, Anatoly Bibilov, proposed to the so-called parliament to set up a temporary commission of inquiry for purpose of "open and objective" investigation into the death of Inal Jabiev. The information about the proposal was shared by local media.

"As a guarantor of the protection of the Constitution of the Republic of South Ossetia, I am interested in an impartial investigation of all circumstances and I commit to punish all those responsible for the death of Inal Jabiev, regardless of their position. I propose to the legislators to set up a temporary commission for the open and objective investigation of the above-mentioned resonant crime", - stated Bibilov.

For the record, the protests have been going on in the occupied Tskhinvali region for several days. The protest followed the death of 28-year-old Inal Jabiev in the so-called Tskhinvali police isolator, who, according to his relatives, was tortured to death. Protesters support the so-called representatives of opposition parties, who demand the resignation of the de facto president and prosecutor general as well as fundamental reform of the so-called law enforcement agencies and severe punishment of those involved in the assassination of Inal Jabiev.

Against the background of the protest, Bibilov first fired the so-called minister of internal affairs, Igor Naniev. Later on, the so-called prime minister, Erik Fukhaev, resigned as a result of which the so-called government was dismissed by Bibilov.
