The number of deaths from coronavirus in the world has exceeded 900,000, according to Worldometers.

According to the same data, since the beginning of the pandemic, 28,019,776 cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed across the globe, of which 20,095,952 people have recovered.

The United States has the highest number of infected cases - 6,549,475, followed by India with 4,462,965 cases and Brazil with 3,199,332 confirmed cases. Covid-19 had the highest number of fatalities (195,239) in the United States, followed by Brazil with 128,653, and India with 75,091 deaths.
