The fact that the incidence of coronavirus remains at the same level is an indicator of stabilization, we are moving towards localization, - the clinical director of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, Marina Ezugbaia, told reporters at a briefing.

"If the coronavirus statistics remain at the same level, it does not mean that it's bad. This is an indicator of stabilization. In the "hottest" region, Adjara, for the last two weeks, the figures are about the same, which indicates that we are moving towards localization. Hopefully, it will be liquidated soon. You can see that the other 'hot spots' are not very large and their localization-liquidation will not probably take too long", - Ezugbaia said.

Ezugbaia also noted that the number of tests has been increased since August, which is done by the relevant institutions on a daily basis.
