According to the representative of the Infectious Diseases Hospital, Marina Endeladze, out of 259 new cases of coronavirus, 164 were reported in Adjara and 43 in Tbilisi.

According to Endeladze, there are 18 critically ill patients in the country, 8 of whom are being treated at the Batumi Republican Hospital.

"259 new cases were confirmed today. The total number of coronavirus cases has reach 4399. 62 patients have recovered. Adjara is still leading the numbers with 164 new cases, we have 43 new cases in Tbilisi, 22 cases in Imereti, 15 of which are in Kutaisi, 3 in Tskaltubo, Terjola - 1, Sachkhere - 1, Baghdati - 2. There are 15 new cases in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, 1 in Gori, 1 in Marneuli, 1 in Mtskheta. 5 cases were imported", - stated Endeladze.
