Georgia reports 294 new cases of coronavirus

294 new cases of coronavirus have been detected in Georgia, bringing the total number of infected people to 5254.

The number of recovered patients has increased by 87, which brings their total number to 1906.

5674 citizens are placed in quarantine spaces, 836 are under hospital supervision. The number of people staying at COVID hotels amounts to 800.

Coronavirus has claimed the lives of 28 patients in the country. 41 Georgian citizens have been transferred from abroad for treatment.
