Representatives of the youth wing of the opposition parties brought a piglet near the parliament

Representatives of the youth wing of European Georgia and other opposition parties are holding a performance-rally in front of the parliament. They brought a piglet to the place and drew a parallel with George Orwell's "Animal Farm".

According to the participant of the rally, the parliament, unfortunately, has turned into an animal farm and no longer expresses the will of the Georgian people.

"Our goal today is to show each person and make our voices heard that Bidzina Ivanishvili is trying to establish a regime that will be Soviet. He is directly trying to restore and revitalize the Soviet Union in this country, something which he simply will fail. We have brought the famous book "Animal Farm" - they are trying to establish an analogy of this. This parliament has unfortunately turned into an animal farm and no longer expresses the will of the Georgian people. As it is noted in this book, all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal - and some of those animals will not be able to be more equal in this country. We brought a piglet, it is very symbolic. If someone deserves to enter this parliament, it is a piglet, because it is actually an animal farm", -said Giorgi Kupatadze, one of the participants of the rally.
