Police detained three people during a rally near the Government House of Adjara

According to the head of the Adjara Police Department, Konstantine Ananiashvili, 3 protesters were detained on charges of resisting a police officer and disobeying a lawful demand, as well as petty hooliganism.

The detainees are being taken to the police station. As for the ongoing events in front of the Government House of Adjara, opposition leaders and their supporters continue to protest with trumpets. According to them, they are holding a peaceful rally in front of the Government House of Adjara and demand a meeting with Tornike Rizhvadze.

For reference, recently there was a physical confrontation between the protesters and the law enforcers near the Government House of Adjara.
