Zaza Gakheladze, 33, was detained by the occupation forces on July 11 near the dividing line. Gakheladze is accused of illegally crossing the-called border and opening fire on "border guards". Zaza Gakheladze was wounded during the illegal detention.

In December 2020, the court of occupied Tskhinvali extended Zaza Gakheladze's detention for two months.
