We will not allow any attempts to destabilize in the country, - the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Archil Talakvadze stated at the sitting of the Parliamentary Bureau.

As Archil Talakvadze notes, the political team is united.

"I want to say clearly that the political team is united. State institutions are fully prepared to continue all public functions, all state services on a continuous basis.

Of course, we will not allow any interruption, any attempts to destabilize the country, one of the important guarantees for this is the Parliament of Georgia", - said Talakvadze.

For the record, Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia has resigned. As Gakharia explained, he considers it wrong to arrest Nika Melia in conditions when there is a danger of political escalation. Due to the resignation of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has temporarily postponed the event planned in the case of Nika Melia.
