Ilia Darchiashvili appointed as head of the government administration

Ilia Darchiashvili will head the administration of the Government of Georgia. The new head of the administration was appointed by the Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili today. The information was communicated by the government administration.

According to them, the Prime Minister wished the new head of the administration successful work.

Prior to his appointment as head of government, Ilia Darchiashvili was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Poland.

Ilia Darchiashvili was the First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia in different periods; Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund; First Deputy Director of the Foundation; Prior to that, he worked in the private sector.

Ilia Darchiashvili is a graduate of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Grenoble Business School, France.
