Russian Duma approves law allowing Vladimir Putin to run for re-election for two more terms

Russian State Duma has passed a bill in the third reading that will allow Vladimir Putin to remain the country's leader for two more terms, Russian media reports.

According to them, based on one of the amended provisions of the Russian Constitution, the presidential term limit will apply to Vladimir Putin without taking into account the previous presidential terms.
