Negotiations doesn't not lose its sense once our European and American partners sit there in terms of mediation. Therefore, I am ready to take part in the next stage of negotiations without any preconditions, - Giorgi Vashadze, the leader of "Strategy Builder" told journalists.

"The European Union has seen that their slightly softer approach to the Georgian Dream is wrong. Mediation means taking quite clear positions. If the second round takes place, it will be more specific. I mean that the document or anything that could have been a subject of rational consideration from the part of the opposition did not come to us. The mediators said in a frank conversation that the "Georgian Dream" was so destructive that it was impossible to agree on anything with them", - Giorgi Vashadze said.

As for the issue of lowering the threshold in the elections, Vashadze is in favor of reducing the threshold to 2-3%, but says that his party does not support the natural threshold.

"We support lowering the threshold. However, Strategy Builder does not support the natural barrier. We think that a certain threshold should be 2-3%. If an agreement is not reached, we are not going to enter the parliament on this issue separately, because the agreement is principled not in relation to the threshold, but that the elections need to be fundamentally corrected", - said George Vashadze.
