"Exactly 4 years ago, on March 28, 2017, our country and every citizen of our country received the right to travel to EU countries without a visa.
It was a great success brought about by the unwavering will of the Georgian people to become a full member of the Western community, as well as the efforts and tireless work of the Georgian Dream government.
I am proud to have personally attended the sitting of the European Parliament where this decision was made. After 4 years of visa liberalization, as the chairman of the ruling party, I would like to emphasize once again and remind you that in 2024, Georgia will submit an official application for full membership in the European Union", - Kobakhidze wrote on Facebook.
