De facto government of occupied Tskhinvali plans to open so-called embassy in Syria

The de facto government of occupied Tskhinvali plans to open a so-called embassy in Syria, - according to media reports, so-called Parliament Speaker Alan Tadaev said.
"Our leadership has worked out all the issues related to the opening of the embassy in Damascus. The Syrian side is ready to implement all the agreements on this issue. I am confident that in the near future the leadership of our country and the leadership of Syria will jointly open the embassy of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Arab Republic of Syria," Tadaev said.
Tadaev visited Damascus a few days ago together with a "delegation". As part of the "visit", a meeting was held at the "Embassy of Abkhazia", which opened last year. The Arab Republic of Syria has recognized the “independence” of occupied Abkhazia and Tskhinvali in May 2018.
