As Vato Tsereteli, the founder of TV Pirveli, told InterpressNews, the rally will start at 18:00 and will be large-scale.

According to Giga Makarashvili, a representative of the Shame Movement, one of the organizers of the rally, "the rallies will not stop under any circumstances."
