Mtavari TV has filed a lawsuit against the Minister of Culture Tea Tsulukiani in the Prosecutor's Office.

The case concerns the incident that took place at the Senaki Theater on July 22, when Tsulukiani took away a microphone from a journalist of Mtavari TV.

According to the statement of Mtavari TV, the TV company demands to launch an investigation into the actions of the Minister.

"Mrs. Tea, give us back the seized microphone. We, Mtavari TV and representatives of the critical media, demand the launch of an investigation into the uncultured and aggressive actions of the country's First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and the return of the item belonging to our company. So far, law enforcement agencies have not responded to the crime committed by the lawbreaker Vice-premier", - reads the statement of Mtavari TV.
