Georgian Dream calls on opposition to participate in the discussion of temporary inquiry commission on parliamentary elections scheduled at July 26 plenary session

Georgian Dream calls on all opposition parties to attend the July 26 plenary session and to participate in the discussion of the conclusion of the temporary commission of inquiry into the 2020 parliamentary elections.

According to a statement issued by the party, non-participation in the meeting will be assessed as an attempt to avoid discussion and escape from responsibility.

"On Monday, July 26, a plenary session of the Parliament of Georgia will be held, where the conclusion of the temporary commission of inquiry on the 2020 parliamentary elections will be discussed and approved.

We call on all opposition parties to attend the plenary session and participate in the discussion of the conclusion. If you still believe that the months-long sabotage of Parliament, which harmed the interests of the country, had a legitimate basis, do not avoid discussion and try to prove your truth.

Non-participation in the meeting will be assessed as an attempt to avoid discussion and escape from responsibility", - the statement reads.
