Nika Simonishvili on Mariana Choloyani's release: We are outraged and angry - this is incitement to a crime that can be committed by law enforcers and go unpunished

The court is directly loyal to the authorities, they condemned one person by ostentatiously putting her in jail, only to be released very soon, - this is how Nika Simonishvili, the chairman of the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association, assesses the release of Mariana Choloyani, an investigator convicted in the case of the death of 15-year-old Luka Siradze.

According to him, the early release commission was not interested in the position of Luka Siradze's family and the alleged crime committed by all law enforcement officers was not fully investigated, which once again indicates that there is no fair investigation and court in the country.
