Mikheil Saakashvili officially charged in with illegal crossing of Georgian state border

Mikheil Saakashvili, the third President of Georgia, has been officially charged in Rustavi Penitentiary Institution with illegal crossing of the Georgian state border.

According to lawyer Beka Basialaia, the return of Mikheil Saakashvili to Georgia is an act of heroism and it does not matter "whether the border guard checked his passport or not."

"This is a confirmation, this is a document of Mikheil Saakashvili's heroism recognized by the Georgian Dream. Mikheil Saakashvili deliberately chose the hardest, most difficult and heroic way to return to Georgia so that no to give excuse for provocations to the government of the Dream, this oligarchic force. And it does not matter whether the guard checked the passport or not.

When the third president ousted by the oligarchic regime returns to Georgia, it is an act of heroism and a continuation of Zviad Gamsakhurdia's path, and thanks to the Georgian Dream for documenting this," Beka Basilaia said.
