Some settlements, where private houses are being built today, do not have access to all municipal services, you will not find squares, shops, salons nearby, which is why the resident has to travel long distances. As a rule, all the necessary services and facilities are provided in advance in the residential complexes.
As a rule, newcomers to private settlements are less familiar with each other and have not communicated with neighbors for years. The real reason for this is the lack of common social spaces - squares, entertainment facilities. This problem is solved in closed type residential complexes, because the developer takes into account the existing experience in the real estate market and creates the maximum number of social spaces in the area for both children and adults.
According to Mariam Asatiani, the companies in the residential complexes not only provide maintenance of squares and other common areas, but also help the residents to solve legal issues.
