The Labor Inspectorate fined 10,000 GEL and sealed the club "KHIDI". The inspection staff fined the club last night, and its sealing was carried out recently.

According to the Labor Inspectorate, their supervision revealed the fact of a prohibited entertainment event at the club.

"On December 3-4 of this year, the Labor Inspectorate revealed the fact of a prohibited entertainment event at the club "KHIDI", due to which the club was sealed and fined in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses.

It should be noted that the Labor Inspectorate has repeatedly warned the organization about banning mass entertainment events, as despite the changes that took effect on December 1, in accordance with the Government of Georgia Resolution N322 on isolation and quarantine, mass entertainment or social events remain prohibited.

However, the club's management did not take this into account and, despite the epidemic situation in the country, organized a mass entertainment event.

In view of the above circumstances, the Labor Inspectorate decided to seal the facility and fined it GEL 10,000.

It should be noted that in order to create the concept of "green zones", the Labor Inspectorate, together with the relevant departments of the City Hall and the Ministry of Economy, is actively working on the creation of a safe protocol, which will restore the functioning of the sector.

The Labor Inspectorate is actively monitoring the whole country, both in terms of monitoring the safe concept of green zones, as well as overseeing the detection of prohibited social measures", - reads the statement.
