As it is already known to the public, on September 28, the ship entered the port of Poti from the port of Chernomorsk, from which on September 29, a truck trailer loaded with dairy products arrived and convicted Saakashvili was in the trailer.

In the territory of Poti port, near the so-called gez, Sh.Ts. and Z. Ts. were waiting for them in a "Mercedes" car owned by them, in which Mikheil Saakashvili and E.Ts. sat down. Mikheil Saakashvili and E.Ts. arrived at the house of the latter in the village of Tkviri, Abasha district.

On September 29, E.Ts. and Mikheil Saakashvili took a FORD minibus from the village of Tkviri in the Abasha district to Batumi, and returned from Batumi to Abasha by the same transport.

On the same day, Mikheil Saakashvili and E.Ts. got into a SCANIA trailer parked in the village of Tkviri and arrived in Tbilisi with G.N., where Mikheil Saakashvili was staying in the apartment of E.Ts. He was arrested on October 1 in the apartment.
