I am not a clinician, therefore, I cannot assess the patient's condition, - this is how the Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze answered the question of the journalists regarding the return of Mikheil Saakashvili to Gldani prison.

Asked how she would assess the commission's conclusion that Mikheil Saakashvili should not be returned to Gldani prison and that he should either be transferred to a better medical facility or be left where he is now, Tikaradze said they would consider doctors' recommendations regarding the former President's treatment.

"I am not a clinician, therefore, I cannot assess the patient's condition. Doctors are involved, of course, we will take into account the recommendations of doctors," - said Tikaradze.
