Georgian judoka Ilia Sulamanidze wins a gold medal at the Grand Slam Tel Aviv

Georgian judoka Ilia Sulamanidze won a gold medal at the 2022 Judo Grand Slam Tel Aviv. He defeated Michael Korrel of the Netherlands.

Georgian judoka defeated Zelim Kotsoiev of Azerbaijan in the semifinal in the 100 kg weight category.

Six judokas represented the Georgian national team on the final day of the Grand Slam in Tel Aviv.

Today's final block started at 19:00 Tbilisi Time.
