Mariupol Deputy Mayor: Russians continue bombing and using artillery - no ceasefire in Mariupol

Mariupol Deputy Mayor Sergei Orlov says attacks from Russia continue despite the ceasefire.

"Russians continue bombing and using artillery. This is madness. There is no ceasefire in Mariupol. Our civilians are ready to escape, but they can not because of the bombing," said the Deputy Mayor.
