Dmytro Kuleba says no cease-fire agreement reached at Turkey meeting

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba says no cease-fire agreement could be reached at talks with his Russian counterpart in Turkey.
Kuleba said that Lavrov’s broad narrative was that Russia would continue its invasion until Ukraine met its demands.
He also said that Lavrov did not commit to ensuring a humanitarian corridor in the besieged city of Mariupol.
“We have raised the issue of a 24-hour ceasefire to address the most pressing humanitarian issues. We have no progress in this direction, because it seems that there are other decision-makers for this matter in Russia”, Dmytro Kuleba said.
He added that Ukraine was ready to continue to engage with Russia on finding a path to stop the war.
