Amnesty International accuses Russia of committing war crimes in Mariupol, Ukraine.

As Guardian reports based on AP, Amnesty International's Secretary-General Agnes Callamard announced that the organization plans to soon release an in-depth report on the devastation caused by Russia’s assault on Mariupol.
