According to SSG, in the process of releasing illegally detained Kakhaber Merebashvili, the "hotline" mechanism was actively used, as well as other tools available to the central government.

The occupation regime bears full responsibility for the destructive actions carried out in the occupied regions and along the occupation line," the SSG said in a statement.
