"A referendum on the unification of South Ossetia with Russia will be held," Anatoly Bibilov told RIA Novosti after he recognized Alan Gagloev's "victory" in the second round of the "presidential elections".
"There will be a referendum," Bibilov said.
According to him, all the documents for the referendum have been collected and submitted to the central election commission.
"They will consider all this and then submit them to the supreme court and set a date," Bibilov said.
