According to the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, the Russian military has killed 242 children since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine.

"According to the official data of the morning of May 28, 242 children were killed and 440 were injured," the statement said.

According to the agency, these figures are not final, as work continues on the sites of active hostilities in the temporarily occupied as well as liberated territories.
