SSG: Representatives of the Russian occupation forces erected an illegal installation in the occupied territory near Khurvaleti

According to the State Security Service, on June 18-19, in the occupied territory near the village of Khurvaleti, Gori Municipality, representatives of the Russian occupation forces erected an illegal installation as part of the illegal so-called borderization process.

According to SSG, the hotline was immediately activated in connection with this fact, EUMM and the co-chairs of the Geneva talks were informed. The issue will be raised sharply in the framework of the meeting of the Ergneti Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism, as well as in the Geneva International Discussions.

"Illegal so-called borderization and illegal installations within it hinder free movement, complicate the daily life of the local population and damage the security environment on the ground. The occupation force bears full responsibility for the ongoing process," the SSG said in a statement.
