We are waiting for the charge, which we expect in a few hours. We have requested an autopsy on the injuries, which should be done today. He was aware of the ongoing investigation, but he did not expect to be arrested. According to the arrest protocol, the investigation is being conducted under three charges - illegal purchase-storage-carrying of weapons, abuse of power and breach of personal information. Most likely, this concerns the period of his tenure.
