Our Government gives information about our heroes to our enemies - this is treason, the leader of the Droa party, Elene Khoshtaria, said when responding to the TV story aired on the Main Channel about the fact that the documents of a Georgian soldier fell into the hands of Russia.

According to Khoshtaria, this fact proves that there is cooperation between the Georgian Dream and Russia and that the ruling team is putting the Georgian military in danger.

"For years, we have had a number of well-founded suspicions that the special services of the Georgian Dream cooperated with the Russian special services. Over the years, no single spy has been identified. We had the case of Tristan Tsitlashvili, when it was virtuallly confirmed that information about military facilities was transferred to Russia. We had the case of Gia Tsertsvadze, when information about our military hero was also handed over to Russia. There have been a number of facts referring to this cooperation. We also see the attitude towards the Georgian soldiers fighting in Ukraine, towards the soldiers killed there, who are not honored here. We often hear insulting statements on this battle. This attitude and what we saw yesterday are no longer suspicions, but facts. We saw a specific document in the hands of a specific occupier, in the hands of the occupier who tortured Antsukelidze, who grabbed our territories, who displaced our people and tortured children and women. Today, Ukraine is fighting these occupiers to protect us, the citizens of Georgia are also fighting, whom we should respect, but the Georgian Dream is putting these soldiers under danger. This is treason. Our state is giving information about our heroes to our enemies. The Georgia society will not forgive this treason”, said Khoshtaria.

The Main Channel reported that the personal case of a Georgian officer was obtained by the Russian special services. According to the TV company, the occupation regime has full access to Mikheil Kamkhadze's data, which should have been kept in the Ministry of Defence.
