A Recreation Park will be added to the Residential Complex "Dirsi"

"AS Group Investment" is one of the largest investors and leading Developer Holding in Georgia. The company, which has already invested up to 200 million US dollars in the Georgian Market, is announcing a grandiose project, which hasn’t been implemented by any private investor in Georgia.

Very soon a recreation park, covering an area of 7,5 hectares, will be added to the Residential Complex “Dirsi”. Considerable investment has been allocated for the project and preparatory works have already started. Construction will be completed by the end of 2023 and from 2024 population will be able to enjoy wonderful environment equipped with modern standards.

For the company “As Georgia” it is important to respond to environmental challenges and contribute to the improvement of the ecological environment. The existence of a similar scale park is important not only for the population of the Complex, but also for the residents of Isani-Samgori District. We strongly believe, that the development of the city’s green cover is an invaluable gift to our future generations.

Company “As Georgia” years ago became the main driving force, by building a large-scale and unprecedented Complex it gave an impetus to the development of the Isani-Samgori District. As a result, an active construction process and a gradual increase in real estate prices began.

“Today, the company raised the bar by launching the most important project for the development of the Complex and the District. We can bravely say, that the residents of „Dirsi“, who have already bought an apartment, have made the best investment. Those, who wish to purchase real estate still have the opportunity to invest their capital correctly and profitably. There is no doubt that, today, the tendency of increasing real estate prices in the Market, as well as the construction of a large-scale park on the territory of Dirsi, will become the determining factors for the increase of prices in Isani-Samgori District” – are saying in the company.
