The "foreign minister" of occupied Abkhazia is against meetings and online dialogue between Georgian and Abkhazian youth and states that "these meetings are taking place without control"

According to Inal Ardzinba, so-called minister of foreign affairs of occupied Abkhazia, for several years now, the Berghof Foundation has been organizing meetings and online discussions between Abkhazian and Georgian youth for the purpose of direct dialogue, including on the topic of forgiveness and reconciliation after the war.

"These meetings, especially in the online format, are taking place without control and without the consent of Abkhazia's governmental bodies and seem to contribute to the realization of the Georgian program "engagement through cooperation"," said the de facto minister.

Ardzinba noted that the Berghof Foundation has no legal status in occupied Abkhazia - it has no registration either, and its founder and partner are the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the World Bank and other structures, which, according to him, are involved in the Abkhazian isolation program.

Ardzinba also noted that due to the difficult international situation, the "ministry of foreign affairs" actively conducts meetings and consultations, which carefully consider the challenges and threats to stability and the possible scenarios of adversaries and opponents, which can be responded to.
