On October 8, 2021, 9 people, including 3 children, died in Batumi due to non-observance of construction safety rules...

After all that, on June 23, 2022, the Parliament of Georgia adopted a law in an accelerated manner, which made it possible to build buildings in Batumi without observing the standards of sustainability, fire safety, and evacuation!

We immediately appealed this law to the Constitutional Court, so that the court would suspend its action immediately, as it posed a threat to people's lives and health, but the court did not even consider this issue, and the head of the government of Adjara "referred to us" in his usual style.

Why did I write all this? For information, three children were electrocuted when they were trying to retrieve the ball that fell in the fountain in Vake ​​Park. The children were taken to the clinic by an ambulance. The condition of one of the children, a 13-year-old girl, was serious from the beginning and she died in the Khechinashvili clinic. One child is still in Iashvili clinic, and another is placed in New Hospitals clinic.
