According to the latest data, 31,275 people voted in the elections for the chairman of the United National Movement.

One of the leaders of the party, Koba Nakopia, announced this at the summary briefing on the first day of the elections.

He also noted that there were minor technical errors, which are being eliminated.

"Activity is very high. You know that according to the latest data, 49,638 people were registered and 31,275 of them already took part in the elections. Today, the United National Movement call center was working during the day and is working 24 hours a day. I want to tell you that about 300 calls have been received. Basically, the calls are related to the fact that the person who registered to vote does not receive the code, the second question is related to the fact that they cannot open the link, we are dealing with more of this type of errors. If a person does not receive the code, we have talked with our partners and it will be sent again and everyone will receive this code, if someone does not receive it again, I ask them to contact the hotline of the party and they will find the relevant help. However, I want to tell you that after contacting the call center many people were able to register and many were able to vote. Also, I should point out that out of 31,275 people, about 300 calls is not a very high number. However, our task is that every supporter can vote, and the election commission, technical group, call center will definitely do everything for that. Voting will end on January 30, at 10:00 am, so I encourage all our supporters and party members to be active and participate in the elections. Once again, I would like to ask everyone not to send their code, which they received in the form of an SMS, to someone else, so that this code does not happen to be used by other people, or it does not happen in such a way that his/her vote is lost," said Koba Nakopia.

He also noted that the electronic system, by which the voting process is carried out, proved successful and expressed hope that soon important elections will be held in the country with a similar system.

As Koba Nakopia said, National Movement is ready to share its experience.
