On March 27, an article with the title "Kezerashvili finances Palitra Media" was posted on one of the websites. This false information was actively spread by troll-bots on social media and later today some political leaders also commented on it.
"Palitra Media emphatically declares that this is a lie and slander. During its 28 years of existence, despite numerous attempts, Palitra Media has not come under the influence of any political group. It has not received and does not intend to receive funding from any of them in the future. The accusation about any connection between Kezerashvili and Palitra Media is especially absurd.
All incomes and expenses of all organizations of Palitra Media, including PalitraNews TV company, are transparent and available to the National Communications Commission and any stakeholder.
Palitra Media calls on all media outlets, politicians and public figures to refrain from disseminating and commenting on unverified and absurd information.
