According to the prosecutor, video recordings, testimonies of witnesses have been obtained in the case, and various investigative actions have been conducted, which at this stage substantiates the act committed by the accused act within the standard of reasonable assumption.

"The court fully shared the evidence presented by the prosecution and applied imprisonment to the accused as a preventive measure, since the evidentiary standard for the use of preventive measures was met, and there was a danger of committing a new crime, influencing witnesses, destroying and concealing evidence. The court took into account the mentioned dangers and imposed imprisonment as a preventive measure," said Tamar Iakobidze.
