Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France arrives in Georgia

Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, Catherine Colonna, has arrived in Georgia. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Teimuraz Janjalia, met the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of France at Tbilisi International Airport.

"As part of the visit, the French diplomat will hold a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ilia Darchiashvili, after which joint statements will be made.

Within the framework of her visit to Georgia, Catherine Colonna will also meet with the Head of the Government of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of France will be hosted by the President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili.

It should be noted that after 2018, this is the first visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of France to Georgia", reads the information released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
