I sincerely hope that Georgia will move forward on the path of European integration as quickly as possible. We are waiting for Georgia! - European Union Ambassador to Georgia Pawel Herczynski told journalists at the Europe Day celebration event.

“We are celebrating Europe Day today. Over 70 years ago, European nations, sovereign, independent, free European nations decided to join forces together in order to secure peace, prosperity, and freedom in Europe. I am really happy that we are celebrating Europe Day when the European perspective has been given to Georgia by the European leaders. As the President of the European Commission said, Georgia belongs to Europe and Europe cannot be complete without Georgia. We are here to celebrate the great idea of European unity, European diversity, and we are waiting for Georgia! And I sincerely hope that Georgia will move forward on the path of European integration as quickly as possible”, said the Ambassador.
