Russian Post considering direct air shipment of postal items to Georgia

Russian Post is considering the direct air shipment of postal items to Georgia, the press office of the company told RIA Novosti.

"After the operation of stable flights by several airlines, we will promptly consider the possibility of direct air transportation of mail (to Georgia)," reads the statement.

As the company explains, now air shipments from Russia to Georgia go through third countries.
