According to her, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, is a "recognized terrorist".

"Today, our state is on guard of Russia's interests. They have received such a task to create comfort for Valeri Kvaratskhelia and the slaves who thank Putin on our behalf. No one gave them the right to do that. We will make our voice heard. Putin is a recognized terrorist," said Elene Khoshtaria.
