Maria Zakharova: Those who represent their own people cannot be against direct flights

Maria Zakharova, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, responds to the protests started due to the restoration of direct flights between Moscow and Tbilisi in Georgia and states that those who represent their own people cannot be against direct flights.

"Regarding the air traffic with Georgia and the reaction of some politicians in Tbilisi: if you represent your people and not an order paid by someone, it is impossible to be against direct flights, considering the number of citizens and families living in the two countries," wrote Zakharova on the Telegram channel.
