Irakli Kobakhidze: Whoever hinted to Salome Zurabishvili that Nika Gvaramia was to be pardoned, they want to incite polarization in Georgia - this is a very bad sign

"Whoever hinted to Salome Zurabishvili that Nika Gvaramia was to be pardoned, they want to incite polarization in Georgia," the chairman of Georgian Dream Irakli Kobakhidze said.

"This is a very bad sign for us. Why these forces want to incite polarization in Georgia, the public should discuss this, although this is a very sad sign in itself," said Kobakhidze.

When asked how he would evaluate the possible return of Nika Gvaramia to politics, Kobakhidze answered as follows:

"Gvaramia does not have a lot of resources, it will simply contribute to polarization, that's all."
