Nika Machutadze and Bachuki Kardava to set up political group in parliament

Another, tenth political group will be created in the parliament, which will be called “For a National and Democratic State".

The mentioned political group consists of two MPs, former members of the National Movement faction, Nika Machutadze and Bachuki Kardava, who left the faction after they supported the non-judge members of the High Council of Justice.

Machutadze will lead the political group. As he told InterPressNews, their political group may also be formed as a faction, on which they are holding consultations with members of the opposition.

The Committee on Procedural Issues and Rules will discuss the issue of registration of the political group "For a National and Democratic State" on September 26.
